Committed to scientific dispensing using both traditional methods and modern technology, ‘Krishna Opticals’ at Bhaktivedanta Hospital & Research Insitute was started in the year 2007. We dispense glasses using semi-automatic (Jing Lian) and fully automatic (Delta-T) edging and fitting machines. Minor adjustments and repairing of frames are done manually. Krishna Opticals known for its product quality, offers a wide spectrum of choices in frames and lenses to all strata of society, Hospital has starting from the economically weaker section right up to the highly affluent class.

To serve the society, the Hospital has started ‘Opticals on Wheels’ in collaboration with 2.5 NVG - Essilor. Under this program a Refraction Mobile Van equipped with fully automatic edging/fitting machine, other eye testing instruments, quality frames and lenses, visits predetermined rural and tribal locations. The van enables to conduct testing and dispensing of glasses instantaneously. Quality spectacles are offered at very nominal prices to the local population.

Krishna Opticals outlets are present at the Hospital’s satellite centres in Mira Road, Vasai, Ambiste, Hamrapur and Dhuktan in Maharashtra as well as Vrindavan and Barsana in Uttar Pradesh.
